Saffron & Co. was born from a single conviction: that food, at its finest, is not sustenance — it is ceremony. Founded in 2018 by Isabelle Marchetti, a former sommelier and food anthropologist, the agency grew from intimate supper clubs in London to a global practice in culinary curation.
